Wyatt M. Day
Age 21 of Apple Valley, born November 28, 1996 in Burnsville to Jami & Jon Day, passed away unexpectedly due to a long struggle with pain. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Donna DeMars. Wyatt will be dearly missed by his parents, Jami & Jon; sister, Ella; grandparents: Bob (Deb) DeMars and Don & Judy Day; girlfriend and son, Halie and Jaxson and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM, Sunday, April 29, 2018 with a visitation starting at 12:30 PM at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 12650 Johnny Cake Ridge Rd., Apple Valley. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Teen Challenge.
