William R. Dorfner

William R. Dorfner, age 72, of Hastings, passed away August 16, 2020. He was born in Pittsburg, PA on September 9, 1947 to William and Lucille Dorfner. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Wayne Dorfner. William is survived by wife, Dorothy; children, Ann (Scott) Sweeney, Bill Dorfner, and Cathy (Caleb) Frame; grandsons, Ryan and Josh Sweeney, and Thomas and Matthew Dorfner; sister, Marcia Rock; brothers, Mike, Pat, and Tim O'Brien and Paul Dorfner; other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 21 at 2:00 PM at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel, 3075 Vermillion St., Hastings. A gathering will be held one hour prior to the service.
