William L. Werner 12/27/1950-3/1/2019 William "Bill" Werner of Lincoln Park, Michigan and formerly of Vermillion, Minnesota passed away at the VA Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan on March 1, 2019 after a brief battle with Merckel Cell Carcinoma. Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Betty (Serres) Werner; sister Beverly and nephew Brian Peine. Bill is survived by his siblings, John (Sharon Boisselle), Ray (Amy), Mike (Cathy), Carol (Charlie) Raway, Jim (Cheryl), Dick (Lori), JoAnn (David) Peine, many nieces and nephews, family and friends. A visitation is planned for Sunday, May 5, 2019 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel. 3075 Vermillion St. Hastings, MN.
