William "Bill" King

William �Bill� L. King Jr., age 52 died Wednesday, January 16, 2013 following a lengthy illness. Bill was born on January 31, 1960 in Hastings and graduated from Hastings High School in 1978. Prior to his illness, he worked for several area tree nurseries as an arborist for most of his life. Bill was an avid pool player and actively participated in several billiard leagues throughout the city where he has many friends. Bill is survived by his three sons Josh, Andy, and Alex; his parents William and Theresa (Leifeld) King; siblings Elizabeth (Rick) Brandenburg, Theresa (Neil) Rademacher, Joanne McDonald, Robert (Karen), Daniel (Janet), John (Kathy), Janice (Larry) Hruza, Sharon (Joseph) Hruza, Paul (Mary), Mary Gale, Rosanne (Jeff) Otto, Rick (Jenny), and Patrick (Marti); as well as many nieces and nephews. The Funeral Mass, officiated by Fr. Stan Mader will be held Noon Saturday, January 19, 2013 at the St. Mary�s Catholic Church, New Trier, MN with visitation two hours prior to the service at church. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers are Dan King, Bob King, Rick King, John King, Gordy McNamara and George Merten.
