Survived by wife, Julie; children, Angel Entwistle; Lori Entwistle, Heidi (Scott) Lovik, Melissa Entwistle (Brad Larson), David Bice (Amy Hendrickson); grandchildren, Terrance, Robert, Brandon Lovik, Finn and Jack Larson, Angela Bice, Bailey, Ethan Bice-Hendrickson; sister, Billie Ann (Bill) Houston; other relatives and friends. A Memorial Gathering will be held Monday, May 11, 2009 from 4:00-8:00 PM at the Wise Family Funeral Home 400 Spring Street in Hastings.
