Age 90, formerly of Becketwood. WWII Navy vet., U of M graduate, and former employee of Univac. Preceded in death by wife, Rose; parents, Edwin and Helma Swanson. Survived by sister, Marjorie Hall; two nieces and many friends. Service Thursday 11 AM, St. Peder’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4600 E. 42nd St., Mpls. Interment Ft. Snelling. Visitation Wednesday 5-7 p.m., Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S., Mpls. and one hour before service at church. Memorials to the church or Health East Hospice.
