Walbert "Wally" H Knops

Walbert “Wally” H. Knops,
age 96 of Minneapolis, formerly of St. Anthony, MN born Dec. 23, 1915 in Stearns County, MN to John & Anna Knops, passed away Dec. 7, 2012. Wally worked many years in construction and was a member of the Carpenters Local 322. He is preceded in death by his wife, Delores and was the last of 8 siblings. Wally will be missed by several nieces, nephews, family and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, Dec. 11 with visitation one hour before at Christ the King Church, 5029 Zenith Ave. So. Wally will be laid to rest next to his wife Delores at Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights.
