Vivian E. Varien age 92 of Hastings passed away at the Sholom Home in St. Paul on Friday November 14, 2008. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard & Stella Varien; siblings, Oakley, Rayford, Cecil, Richard, Robert, Genevieve. Vivian is survived by her sister, Helen Smith; sisters-in-law, Annette Varien, Merrill Varien; many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. A memorial service was held Monday (11/17) at 1:00pm at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Springs St, Hastings. Interment St. Luke's Cemetery.
