Age 83 of Minneapolis, born Nov. 16, 1930 in Mpls. to Leister & Rita Newcomb, passed away Jan. 6, 2014. Preceded in death by brother, John. Virginia will be dearly missed by her sisters, Eileen Newcomb of Mpls and Jean Svobodny of Sacramento, CA; nephews, John & Lester Newcomb, Richard, Michael & Jim Svobodny; niece, Mary Guzik; and special cousin, Lorraine Douglass. Memorial Mass, 10:00am, Monday, Jan 13 with visitation one hour before at the Church of St. Helena, 3204 E. 43rd Street, Minneapolis.
