Victor F., age 74, of Lake Vermillion, Tower and Apple Valley, MN, lost his fight to cancer on April 19, 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Frances (Morin) Tanko and a sister. Victor is survived by his two daughters, Nancy (Todd Peterson) and Stephanie (Todd) Mutch; two granddaughters, Madalyn and Anna; nieces, nephews, and friends. A Celebration of Victor’s life will be held Friday, April 29th, from 4-8 PM in the Apple Valley Legion Post #1776, 14521 Granada Ave., Apple Valley. Private family interment in Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials to MN Oncology Angels Foundation or the Bloomington Lions Foundation.
