Vicky L. Nelson “Gigi”
Age 54 of South Minneapolis, born April 15, 1960 in Mpls. to Andrew & Catherine Nelson, passed away Dec. 27, 2014 after a short, yet courageous battle with cancer. Vicky will be dearly missed by her soul mate, best friend and loving caregiver, Timothy Burnip; siblings: Linda (Keith) Cowell, Robert Nelson, Kenneth Nelson, and Donald Nelson (Tina Yates); nieces, Alisha McAndrews and Amy Cowell; nephews: Matthew, Daniel, Jordan, Trevor, & Walter Nelson; great-niece, Emma and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A memorial service will be held at 7pm, with visitation, 5-7pm, Friday, Jan 2, 2015 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S., Mpls.
