Verna S Peterson

Verna S. Peterson of Richfield, born Feb 4, 1914 in Westport, MN to Burton and Clara Williams, passed away January 23, 2008. She was Past President of Star Spangled Banner VFW Post 1149 Aux., and a former Dayton?s employee. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gordon. Verna is survived by sister Bernice Blomquist; nephews: John (Linda) Ewing, Burton (Amy) Ewing, Dan (Ann) Ewing, Charles (Patricia) Blomquist, and Roger (Barbara) Blomquist; several great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 26, 2008 with visitation one hour before at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S., Minneapolis. Interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery.
