Dvorak (Larson), Verna O. age 98, formerly of Mpls., died Sat., Feb. 16, 2008 at Mala Strana Assisted Living in New Prague, MN. Member of Minnehaha Communion Lutheran Church, Minnehaha OES #37, Zuhrah Auxiliary, Zuhrah Ladies Social Club and Hitchcock Industries retiree. Preceded in death by husband, Thomas R. Dvorak; parents, Peder and Amanda Larson; sisters, Mabel Hewitt, Helen Kennedy and Laura Walter. Survived by daughter, Nancy (Paul) Forsberg; sons, Thomas (Judy), Dennis (Linda) and Terry (Darci); 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Service Friday, Feb. 22 at 11:00 AM, with visitation 2 hours prior to service at Minnehaha Communion Lutheran Church, 4101 37th Ave S., Mpls. Private family interment Lakewood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Zuhrah Shrine Hospital for Children or to the Church.
