Age 69, of Eden Prairie. Tom died as he lived, strong and determined. His battle with Multiple Myeloma and Amyloidosis ended Monday, May 6. His loss creates a huge void for his family and friends. Tom grew up in Chicago, IL, then graduated from Purdue University. Moving to MN he founded and managed a successful power electronic business. He loved work, family, traveling the world and the Florida beach. He was generous and kind, a true optimist, always looking to the positive in all aspects of his life. He will be greatly missed. Survived by wife, Donna; daughter, Tracy (Ian); sons, Tim (Aly) and Jeff (Kristin); grandchildren, Ben, Brenna, Connor, Logan, Ella, Delaney, Claire and Will. Memorial service Friday, May 17 at 10am Lakewood Cemetery Chapel, visitation thirty minutes prior (www.lakewoodcemetery.com). The family requests that memorial gifts be designated for Amyloidosis research at Mayo Clinic or The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum.
