Ted Theodore Trondson

Theodore (Ted) Albert Trondson, age 49, of Burnsville passed away at The Lodge Hospice on March 28, 2009. Ted was born May 22, 1959, to Tron O. and Barbara (Olson) Trondson in Mankato, Minn., and attended school in Michigan. He worked in many states, returning to Minnesota in 2007 to be near family. He was a sales manager for Rosetta Stone Language Systems. He was an avid reader who had strong interests in literature, languages and religion. Ted is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Pat Fosdick; uncle and godfather, Ron Trondson; and his grandparents. He is survived by sisters, Betsy Trondson (Michael Gangelhoff) of Hastings; Meredith (John) Adelman, Chesaning, Mich.; Sarah Clinger, Maple Grove; and brothers, Tron D. (Terri) Trondson, New Brighton; Eric Trondson-Clinger, St. Paul; stepmother, Elaine Smith, Maple Grove; as well as nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins. A Memorial Service, officiated by Fr. Jim Perkl, will be held Friday (4/3) at 3 p.m. at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings. Visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
