Shirley Opager

Shirley Opager, age 72, of Hastings, passed away at Regina Long Term Care on January 20, 2017. She was born in St. Paul, MN on January 16, 1945 to Frank and Dorothy Waldera. Shirley was preceded in death by her father, Frank Waldera; mother, Dorothy Jager; step father, Rueben Jager; sisters, Beverly, Margaret, Gloria, and Mary; and brother, Francis. She is survived by her brother, Robert Jager; and many loving nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Sunday (1/29) at 3:00 PM at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings. A gathering will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
