Sheri K. Peterson

Sheri K. Peterson, age 51, of Hastings, passed away at home on May 2, 2018. Sheri is preceded in death by her father, Richard Paul Peterson; sister, Shelbi Andresen Svare; stillborn Son, Anthony Merkel Peterson; beloved cat of 19 years, Snoball. She is survived by her Mother, Sheila Marie Davis; 'Big' Sister, Shannon Marie Peterson. She was the proud Aunt of Jessica, Adrienne, Meghan & Zachary, Jacob & Kyle and loving Great Aunt to Marissa, Landen & Griffin. Sheri bravely battled physical difficulties as well as mental illness and developmental delays throughout her life. She taught us compassion, love, patience and dignity, every day. ALS claimed her body, but not her beautiful spirit and soul. Sheri, sweet angel, we will love you forever. Thank you for the privilege and honor of caring for you and loving you. A gathering will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
