Zimmerman, Shauna Claire age 88, of Bloomington, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2017. Born in St. Paul on Nov. 8, 1928. She married Celestine Zimmerman on March 3, 1947. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, word searches and coloring. She was a member of the Church of St. Helena and VFW Everett McClay Post #1296 in Bloomington. Worked at St. Mary’s Hospital Cafeteria and Porky’s Drive-In. Preceded in death by husband, Celestine on March 31, 2005; son, Joseph on Feb. 26, 2001; and many brothers and sisters. Survived by children, Dan (Kathy), Jean (Rich) Stephanie, Celly Rae (Myron) Stevens and Marie (Ralph) Edwards; grandchildren, Chad, David, Amy, Kenny and Heidi; great-grandchildren, Lily, Leo, Mallory and Ava. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 10 AM at the Church of St. Helena, 3204 E. 43rd St. Visitation Monday 3-6 PM at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave S., and one hour before service at church. Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
