Age 31. Robert’s first duty station was Schofield Barracks, HI, with the follow on to Fort Hood, TX, formerly of Apple Valley, MN, changed duty stations after he was called to be a soldier of God on April 13, 2012. Rob “Robbie” is preceded in death by both maternal and paternal grandparents. He is survived by his loving wife of 7 years, Tabatha; “his children”, Ralphie and Schnitzle; parents, Robert and Kathy; siblings, David (Shauna) and Nikki (Chad) Pattillo; nephews, Aiden and Bryce; aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and fellow soldiers, as well as mother and father-in-law, Pam and Jim Turpin; along with brothers-in-law, Kirk and Garrett Turpin; as well as both of Tabatha’s grandparents. Robbie was an amazing husband, son, brother, uncle, son-in-law and soldier. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 19 at 1 PM in Historic Ft. Snelling Chapel, Highways 5 and 55, Minneapolis, MN. His visitation is Wednesday night from 5-8 PM in Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 147th and Garrett Ave., Apple Valley, MN and one hour prior to the service in the Chapel. Interment is in Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
