Scott F. Podgorski

Scott F. Podgorski, age 68 of St. Paul, and formerly of North St. Paul, died suddenly on Friday morning, December 8, 2017, in St. Paul. Scott F., the son of Warren and Anita (Tente) Podgorski, was born on May 9, 1949, in St. Paul. Following his graduation from North St. Paul High School, Scott first worked at HB Fuller for a number of years, as well at various foundries. He was preceded in death by his parents, and by his sister, Paige Hammes. Scott is survived by his brother-in-law, David Hammes; nephews, Ed, Matt, and Bill Hammes; and by other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, December 22, 2017, at Oakwood Family Funeral Home Crematory, 2585 Stillwater Road East, in Maplewood, with Gordon Gathright officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home for one half hour prior to the service on Friday. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery in Maplewood. Arrangements are being completed by Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home Cremation Services of Hastings.
