Sandra L. Moon

Sandra L. Moon, age 74 of Hastings, died peacefully Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Regina Hospital in Hastings. Sandra L. was born August 16, 1943 in Lubbock, Texas to Ethel and Eddie Krzmarzick of Sleepy Eye, MN. She was married to John Douglas Moon of Redwood Falls, MN on August 31, 1963 in Sleepy Eye. Sandra was a homemaker and active in the arts and crafts. She enjoyed travel to many places around the world. She enjoyed snowmobiling, motorcycling, and visits to the casino. Sandra also enjoyed cruising the Caribbean while reading mystery novels. She relished her weekly lunch outings with her friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Sandra is survived by her husband, John D. Moon; her children, Todd (Tammy) Moon and Duane (Theodora) Moon; four grandchildren, Jenna, Peter, Hudson and Dawson; a brother, Charles Krzmarzick of Sleepy Eye, as well as many other relatives and friends. A Memorial Gathering will be held from 24 p.m. Friday, April 27, 2018 at Caturia, Smidt Starkson Funeral Home Crematory, 201 Seventh Street in Hastings, MN 55033.
