Rylee Kummer

'I carried you every second of your life and I will love you for every second of mine.' Rylee Kathryn Kummer was born sleeping at 36 weeks and 6 days on January 6th, 2017 at 4:02 PM. She weighed 6 pounds 7 ounces, 20 inches long with a full head of beautiful black hair. “An Angel in the book of life wrote down my baby’s birth.Then whispered as she closed the book, 'too beautiful for earth' ” She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Nancy Wolff; great grandmothers, Helen, Veronica and Mary Ann Kummer, Margie Kieffer; great grandfathers, Francis Kieffer, Harold Cantin and Gerald Wolff; and great aunt, Linda Lilja. Rylee is survived by her parents, Eric and Jamie Kummer; brothers, Caleb and Eli; grandparents, Paul and Pat Kummer, and Mark and Cindy Wolff; uncles, Brian Kummer (God mother, Jaime), Tony Wolff, and Josh Miller; aunts, Chrissy Kummer, and Jen Bauer; cousins, Brianna and Thomas Kummer, and Ella and Addy Bauer; God father, Josh Wolff, and her Great Grandparents; Martin Kummer, Marlene and Rolf Mohwinkel, and Bette Cantin. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 13th at 11:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 106 Main St., Vermillion, MN. A gathering will be held one hour prior to mass at church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Halos of the St. Croix Valley (halosofthestcroixvalley.com). “We were going to have a baby, but had an Angel instead.”
