Ruth Okeson was born March 6, 1929 and passed away on January 6, 2021. She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Elwood; her son, Neil; and granddaughter, Erin. She will be missed by son, Kevin (Rhonda); daughter in law, Candee; grandsons, Nicholas, Erik (Miranda), Ryan (Emma), Adam (Kristina) and Brett; 6 great grandchildren; along with other family and friends. Ruth was a life long member of Bethesda Lutheran Church in Inver Grove Heights. She loved to travel, play cards, and bake. A private family service will be held at a later date.
