Age 90 of Mpls., born April 10, 1922 in Roberts, WI to Lloyd & Lucie Jones, passed away Jan. 8, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, Leroy “Bud” Carlson. Ruth will be dearly missed by her son, David (Kathy) Carlson; daughter, Karen (Mitchell) Ehlenfeldt; grandchildren, Christopher (Amy) Carlson and Leah Carlson; three great-grandchildren; brother Newel (Dorothy) Jones; sister-in-law, Lois Holmquist and other family and friends. Visitation, 2-4 pm, Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. So., Mpls. Graveside service, 9:00 AM, Monday, Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, assembly area #1.
