BENSON (HALVORSON)
Ruth E., age 83, of Apple Valley passed away peacefully on June 19, 2010. Ruth is preceded in death by her husband John P. Halvorson; grandson, Eric John Paul Halvorson; daughter-in-law, Kyong Ok “Candy” Halvorson; parents, Edward and Leila Dinger; and brother, Clifford Dinger. She is survived by her children, Mandy Beech, Jack(Susan)Halvorson, Mary(Chris)Radatz, Diane Halvorson and Mark Halvorson; sister, Marjorie Ask; 5 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends. Ruth had a great love for her family & friends and enjoyed spending time with them at Ponto Lake. Funeral services Wednesday, June 23 at 2:30 PM Grace Lutheran Church, 7800 W. Cty Road 42, Apple Valley with her visitation one hour prior to the service in the church. Interment Warren, MN.
