Rapp, Russell F., age 88 of Minneapolis, peacefully at home on 1/18/19. Survived by daughter,
Marie Doering; sons, Matthew, John (Carmela), and James (Carla); grandchildren, Lyz, Steven,
Missy, Molly, Dawn, Laurie, Katie, Kayla, and great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by loving
wife of 52 years, Elizabeth Gallagher Rapp; grandsons, James Doering & Baby James Rapp.
Longtime employee of Northwestern Bell and AT&T; Retired from AT&T. Volunteered as a Boy
Scouts of America leader of Minneapolis Troop 11 for many years.
Visitation Wednesday, January 23rd, 3-6 PM at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary (3640 23rd Ave. S.,
Minneapolis, MN) and one hour prior to service at church. Funeral service Thursday, January
24th, 11AM at St. Peder’s Evangelical Lutheran Church (4600 E. 42nd St., Minneapolis). Interment
Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Fairview Hospice or donor’s choice
