Roxanne Mary Welter (Lorentz), age 50, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 10, 2022 at home with her family by her side.
Roxanne better known as Roxie, was born to Kenneth and Mary Lorentz (Dummer) via adoption on May 25, 1972, in Saint Paul, Minnesota. September 28, 1996, Roxanne and her husband Chris, joined together at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. They spent seven wonderful years together before their marriage. They had two wonderful kids that they raised up, and have been given four grandchildren that were her pride and joy. She loved to drive down to Orlando, Florida to visit her cousin and spend time with her family. Often times if she was not at home you could find her out at the thrift stores. She is truly the queen of all things thrift. Roxie was incredibly selfless and generous to all of those around her, and she was always willing to help someone in need.
She’s preceded in death by her parents, Ken and Mary, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Roxanne survived by her loving husband, Chris; children, James (Heather) Welter, Krisann (Eric) Lectka; grandchildren, Ryan, Alexis, Evangeline, and one more on the way; brother, Michael, identical twin Becky Ruiz; and many more family and friends.
