Brandel, Rosemary Age 69, of Rosemount Beloved wife, mother, grandmother Passed away suddenly July 24, 2008. Preceded in death by daughter, Claire; parents, Sam and Rose Ann Bell; brother, Sam Bell. Survived by husband, Harold; children, Julie (Bill) McDowall, Marie (James) Honerman, John Brandel, Katie Brandel, Eileen Brandel, Steve Brandel; and 14 grandchildren. She was born in Scotland and lived a life of tremendous love, faith and sacrifice. Mass of Christian Burial 10AM Tuesday, July 29, ST. JOHN’S CATHOLIC CHURCH (977 E. 5th St., St. Paul).
