Rosalie Diercks

Age 84, most recently of Apple Valley, died peacefully on September 29, 2016. Rosalie was born in Rhame, ND on May 14, 1932 to Clair and Elizabeth Willis. Preceded in death by husband, John; daughter, Rebecca; parents, “Daddy” Clair, Elizabeth and Francis; sisters, Betty, Clareen and Margie; brother, Clair. Survived by daughter, Roberta (Scott) Wiig; grandchildren, Cody, Rebecca and Blake; son, Robert (Nancy); grandchildren, Laura and John; sister, Karen (Ray) Rapp; dear friend, Don Riegleman. As Alzheimer’s began to take over, Rosalie gracefully moved through the many stages of this disease under the loving care provided by those at the Apple Valley Villa, Ecumen Centennial House memory unit, and Ecumen Hospice. Funeral 11:00 am Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley, with visitation one hour prior. Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Ecumen Hospice.
