Ronald J. Partington

Ronald J. Partington, age 62 of Hastings died August 29, 2011 at his home. Ronald was born June 11, 1949 in Northfield to Fred and Marjorie (Bohardt) Partington. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Mary Stam and Janice Partington. Ronald is survived by siblings Lois (Lawrence) Teuber of Hastings, James (Deloris) Partington of Hastings, Patricia Partington of North Carolina, Joyce Partington of Hastings, Dennis Partington of Hastings, Denise (Gordon) Linnell of Welch, and Colleen (David) Sodemann of Rosemount. The Funeral Service, officiated by Gordon Gathright will be held at 10am on Thursday, September1, 2011at the Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home, 201 E. Seventh St., Hastings, with visitationone hour prior to the service. Interment, with Military Honors provided by the Hastings VFW Lyle Russell Post #1210 will follow in Lakeside Cemetery. The pallbearers are Jeff and Steve Partington, Dave and Matt Sodemann, Gordy and Eric Linnell.
