Robert R. Germain, age 83, of Apple Valley. Preceded in death by beloved son, Richard. Survived by loving wife of 59 years, Helena; daughters, Yvonne (Walter) Thomack and Michelle Germain; son, Steven Germain; grandchildren, Nathan and Sarah Thomack; sister, Sr. Mary Catherine Tekakwitha. Services Tuesday, 11 am Minnesota Valley Free Lutheran Church, 16075 Hawthorn Path, Lakeville. Visitation 1 hour before services at church. Memorials preferred. Henry W. Anderson 952-432-2331
