Robert K. Anderson, age 87, of Minneapolis, born July 24, 1920 in Minneapolis, passed away Nov. 6, 2007 at the Hennepin County Medical Center. Bob served in the US Coast Guard as a 20mm Gunner in the South Pacific during WWII. He is survived by 3 children: Melanie, Tyler (Jeanne), and Dana; grandchildren: Megan, Ericka, Jennifer, Maggie, Sammy, Max & Charlie and eight great-grandchildren. Graveside service is 12:15 pm, Friday, Nov. 9, 2007 at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery, Assembly area #2.
