Robert "Bobby" Herman

Robert E. "Bobby" Herman, age 71 of Hastings, died December 1, 2015.Robert was born November 18, 1944 in Hastings to Deward and Annetta "Toots" (Hodge) Herman. He attended Hastings High School and was a retired MN DOT employee. Bobby was a member of the Hastings Eagles Club. He enjoyed cars, racing and playing the guitar.He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson Casey Schluessler and sister Dewanna Beier.Bobby is survived by his wife Emily; daughters Bonnie (Wade) Kolb of Dundas, MN, Barb (Randy) Schluessler and Lori Herman, all of Hastings; also seven grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, cousins and nephews.Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, December 4, 2015 at the Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home Cremation Services, 201 East Seventh Street, Hastings concluding with a service at 7:30 p.m.
