Welsh, Robert B., age 85. Survived by mother, M. Daleen and father, N. Michael Welch; brothers, David and Brian; sister, Kathryn; aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral service, Wednesday, 10 AM, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 18460 Kachina Court, Lakeville. Visitation Tuesday 6-8 PM, Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley and one hour prior to service at church. Interment Lakeville Grove Cemetery.
