Prochaska, Richard E. Jr. age 62, of Mpls., formerly of Little Falls. Preceded in death by parents, Richard Prochaska & Lois Caswell. Survived by siblings, Cheryl (Mike) Lanigan, Sue (Terry) Wells, Margee (Mike O’Brien) Shapiro, Mary Prochaska, David (Amy Sakayan) Prochaska; nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Memorial Service Saturday 11 AM at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave S., with visitation one hour before. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Providence Place or the Humane Society.
