Richard E. Myklebust

Richard “Dick” Myklebust, age 92, passed away, December 11, 2020 at his home in Hastings. As much as Dick enjoyed his 15 years in radio and working in security at the State Capitol, he always felt the best part of the job were the people he met. Thank you all. He was preceded in death by parents, Roy and Evelyn (Brickson); brothers, Ralph and Jack; and in-laws, Ursala Myklebust, Avis Myklebust, Robert and Darlene Schuller; Father William Hennen and James Hennen. Dick is survived by his wife, Patricia (Hennen); children, Deborah (Paul) Zschokke, Daniel and Richard (Linda); grandson, Michael Zschokke; in-laws, Hubert and Elizabeth Hennen, Ryan and Linda Lowe and Patricia Hennen; many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 10:30 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 W. 15th St. in Hastings. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the mass at church. Interment, Fort Snelling National Cemetery. A very special thank you to Allina Health and Grace Hospice for their wonderful care. Arrangements are being completed by The Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings.
