Vossen, Richard A. age 80, of Burnsville. Survived by wife, Phyllis; children, Craig (Anne), Cheryl (Tom) Brown, Cynthia (Richard) Gitzen, Cathryn Vossen-O’Boyle, and Carrie (John) Schmeling; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Lou Aune. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, 11 AM, Mary Mother of The Church, 3333 Cliff Road, Burnsville. Visitation 4-8 PM Tuesday at the Henry W. Anderson Apple Valley Mortuary, 147th and Garrett and 1/2 hour before service at church. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
