Age 72 of Minneapolis, born March 21, 1945 in Minneapolis to Glenn & Norma Kragness, passed away, December 10, 2017.  Richard is survived by his son, Erik; brother, Gene; nephew, Geoff and nieces, Betsy and Kirsten.  A gathering of family and friends will be held 2-4 PM, Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23^rd Ave. S., Minneapolis.  Richard will be laid to rest at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
