Rhodora Garcia

Rhodora A. Garcia of Rosemount, Minnesota, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 17, 2025. She was born on October 17, 1959 in the Philippines to Filemon Sr. and Walditrudes Garcia.

Rhodora was predeceased by her parents and son, Jade Russell. 

She is survived by her son, Johann Reiner Ballado (daughter-in-law Meschel); daughters, Jenie Ruth Ballado, Janice Rhuda Ballado, and Juvie Rose Schimdt (son-in law Scott); brothers, Sigfredo (Amalia), Felemon Jr. (Edna), and Gilbert (Dayana); sisters, Luzviminda Quismundo, Erlinda Falsario, Eugenia Manuel (Estanislao), and Julie Carlson; nephews, nieces, and grandchildren, Jewell, Venice, Samantha, and Isaiah.

Rhodora was cherished by her loved ones. She was a kindhearted sister, mother, grandmother and friend.

She enjoyed gardening, reading the Bible, listening to music, and walking in the park with her siblings and children.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at Berean Baptist Church, Burnsville, Minnesota on May 3, 2025.

Her ashes will be brought to the Philippines at a later date. There will be a small gathering among relatives and friends to honor her life for closure. Thereafter, her ashes will be deposited at San Narciso Zambales Cemetery.
