Raymond D. Nielsen

Age 78 of Minneapolis, born September 25, 1938 in Mpls. to Robert and Frances Nielsen, passed away peacefully September 19, 2017.  Ray served in the U S Navy during the period of the Cuban Missile Crisis.  He is preceded in death by his brother, Dennis.  He will be dearly missed by his wife of 53 years, Delphi; sons, Steve and Tim (Lyn); granddaughters, Arianna and Melissa; great-grandsons: Raylan, Ryden and Logan; brother, Tom (Joan) Musil and other family and friends.  A Gathering of Friends will be held 4-7 pm, Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23^rd Ave. S., Mpls.
