Root, Rae Carol
age 84, of Eagan, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on August 22, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents; a half-sister; and a half-brother. Rae Carol is survived by her loving husband, Forrest; her children, Craig (Linda), Lynn (John) Towers and Reed (Deborah); 7 grandchildren, Natalie, Debby, Leah, Ryan, Becky, Amber and Kelly; 11 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, August 27, at 11 AM at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 147th and Garrett Ave., Apple Valley with her visitation 1 hour prior to the service at the mortuary. Interment will be held later that day at 3:30 PM in Viola Lake Cemetery, rural Siren, WI.
