Phyllis E., age 88, of Apple Valley, MN passed away on April 6th, 2010. Visitation Friday, April 16th from 5-8 PM in Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 147th and Garrett Ave., Apple Valley, MN and one hour prior to the service in the church. Memorial service Saturday, April 17th, 11 AM in Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 12650 Johnny Cake Ridge Road, Apple Valley, MN. Interment in Rosemount Cemetery.
