Age 57 of Mpls., passed away August 2, 2013. Preceded in death by brother, Rick; nephews, Steven and Fred; Phil is survived by the love of his life, Monica Hagen; parents, Ed and Marge Kadlec; siblings, Pete (Dotty), Don, Mart, Bernice Anderson, Carol Brown, Naomi (Dave) Tilbury and Barb (Dave) Kelly; many nieces & nephews, family and friends. Mass of Christian Burial, 11 AM Friday, August 9, Church of St. Albert the Great, 29th St. & 32nd Ave. S., Mpls. Visitation Thursday, 5-8 PM, Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S., Mpls. and one hour before Mass at the church.
