Paul R. Schaffer

Paul R. Schaffer, age 63 of Miesville, died February 8, 2013 in Red Wing. Paul was born January 25, 1950 in Hastings to Edward and Luella (Rech) Schaffer. He was a 1968 graduate of Hastings High School and had worked over 30 years at Con Agra and had formerly served on the Miesville Fire Department. He was preceded in death by his parents. Paul is survived by his sons Josh (Tina) of Cannon Falls and Jesse (Steph) of AZ; grandchildren Madison, Lillian and Riley; brothers Dave and Jim; sister Betty (Tom) Kieffer; also nieces and nephews. The Memorial Mass, officiated by Fr. James Perkl will be held 11 AM Friday, February 15, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 West Fifteenth St., Hastings with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Memorials are preferred.
