Patrick J. Eppel, age 63 of Apple Valley, born March 3, 1946 in Minneapolis, MN, passed away March 21, 2009. Patrick was a former employee of Agribank, FCB in St. Paul. He also loved to collect stamps. Patrick is preceded in death by his mother, Vivian. He is survived by his wife, Shirley; son, Jim; daughter, Lisa and granddaughter, Summer. Visitation is 5-7 PM, Thursday, March 26 at Henry W Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley and also one hour before the service on Friday. Funeral service is 11:00 AM, Friday, March 27, 2009 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Lebanon Cemetery of Apple Valley. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Assn., or the American Cancer Society.
