Patricia M. Dreyling

Patricia "Pat" Dreyling, age 81 of Hastings, died peacefully on Saturday, September 10, 2016, at United Hospital, St. Paul. Patricia, the daughter of Harry and Constance (Prudhomme) Lynch, was born on April 28, 1935, in St. Paul, Minnesota. After her graduation from high school, Pat was united in marriage to Arthur "Art" Dreyling on May 17, 1963, in Mystic, Connecticut. She was a longtime bank teller and dedicated homemaker who always made sure her family was taken care of. Pat enjoyed spending time at the lake, fishing at the cabin, sewing, crocheting, and working with ceramics. She also was a longtime member of the Regina Medical Center Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her parents; her step-father, Thomas Kirschling; her daughter, Michelle Walonick, in 1977; and most recently by her husband, Art, on March 30, 2016. Pat is survived by her children, Thomas (Leslie) Banks, Michael (Sandra) Dreyling, Cheryl Munson, and Sandra (John) Caturia; her many grandchildren and great grandchildren; her siblings, Janet Magnuson, Nancy Lockhart, Kathleen Niswander, Dennis Lynch, and Mary Lou Goebel; and by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 15, 2016, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 West Fifteenth St., Hastings, with visitation one hour prior to Mass at the church. Interment will follow the luncheon at the parish cemetery. Pats family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Augustana Care of Hastings for their loving care and support.
