Patricia Chandler Murray

Patricia Chandler Murray, age 58, of Hastings, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2025, after a courageous four-year battle with cancer.

Born on September 27, 1966, in Hastings, Patti was known for her kind heart, fierce love for her family, and unwavering strength. She put her family first in everything she did, and her strength through her illness was a true testament to the deep love she had for them. Patti found joy in life’s simple pleasures—spending time with her grandkids, family gatherings, and the occasional trip to Treasure Island Casino. Her warmth, selflessness, and love touched everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her sons, Andrew (Brenda) and Kyle (CJ); her cherished grandsons, Brayden, Anthony, and Kyle Jr.; siblings, Sandy, Brenda (Tony), Linda, Nancy (Jay), and Bob; and her best friend, Amy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Rita; siblings, Lee, Judy, Mary, and Ray; and many beloved grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 2:00–5:00 p.m. at the Hastings Eagles Club.
