Owen F. Heschke

Owen F. Heschke, age 74, of Bay City, WI died Sunday, November 27, 2011 at Methodist Hospital in Rochester following a brief illness. Owen was born November 4, 1937 in Hastings to Owen C and Hattie A. (Gray) Heschke. He attended Hastings schools and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He married Patricia Zwolenski on May 31, 1964. He worked at Precision AG Co-op in Ellsworth, WI. He was an ironworker, a farmer and enjoyed auto racing, demo derbies, hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Casper, 2 brothers and 1 sister. He is survived by his wife Pat, children Mike (Ronda) Larson of Bay City, Owen (Cyndy) Heschke of Bay City, Shirley (Bill Caneff) Jonas of Hastings, Linda (Jeff) Carow of Cannon Falls and Richard (Kellie) Heschke of Ellsworth, also by 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a sister Marlene (Ron) Vitek of Welch. The funeral service will be 10:30 AM Friday at St. Joseph�s Catholic Church in Miesville, MN. The visitation will be held 4-7 PM Thursday also at the church and 1 hour prior to the funeral. Interment will be in the Heartland United Methodist Cemetery, Ellsworth, WI. Rick Peterson, Jim Duden, Mark Langenfeld, Kelly Anderson, Steve Burr, Gary Mollick, Jason Robelia and Geneo Shea served as pallbearers.
