Norma Jean Arsola, age 74, of Hastings died August 26, 2008 at home. She was born November 5, 1933 in Wichita Falls, TX to Joseph J. and Lonnie Mae (Ponder) George. She married Adolfo Arsola on September 21, 1956 in Reno, NV. Norma was preceded in death by her parents, sons Billy Joe and John Edward Barragan, and 3 siblings. She is survived by her husband Adolfo; children James Alfred Barragan and Michael V. (Sara) Arsola of Hastings, Rose Marie (Scott) Sthur of Ellsworth, WI, Martin S. (Gina) Arsola and Laura M. (Keith) Garrick of Hastings; also 15 grandchildren Christina (Christopher) Lundgaard of Red Wing, Brian (Stephanie) Barragan of Santee, CA, Joel (Jamie) Barragan of Logan, UT, Christopher Barragan of Santee, CA, Natisha (Monty) Inglish of River Falls, Richard Beam, Stephan and Joshua Beam of Ellsworth, Amie (Joshua) Weekes Randall of Santee, CA, Julie Weeks Gomez of Ammon, ID, Sara Arsola of Goodhue, Natalie Arsola of Hastings, Joseph Hanenberger of Zumbrota, Michael Hanenberger and Emily Garrick of Hastings; also 7 great-grandchildren. Private Family Services were held. Interment will be held in El Camino Memorial Park in San Diego, CA.
