Norma D. Mandt
age 86 of Bloomington. Preceded in death by loving husband of 63 years, Orven; and daughter, Debra. Survived by daughter, Candace; grandchildren, Dan (Megan) and Kelsey (Tom) Hansen; great-grandchildren, Lila & Will; and many other family & friends. A private family service will be held. Norma will be laid to rest with Orven at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials to Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington or Apple Valley.
